Just got back from the ECU game and boy we cant rebound for shit. Also we we lack team speed on defense. I think Brenda needs to reassess her 5 starters cause I think Bri Alexander is best coming off the bench. Start Riley Nelson in her place. Faith Masonius gets the offense and defense and is a floor coach. We also can use a point guard and let Sellers be Sellers. My 2 cents fellows.

Daquan Davis should officially be a Terp June 25, barring something crazy and unexpected happening between now and then. That’s the day he will make his commitment.

Why is anybody, besides all the usual sycophants (AND WE ALL KNOW WHO THEY ARE INCLUDING THOSE GETTING PAID HERE) surprised that we are losing to the dregs of the B1G?

HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I SAID THAT EVERY YEAR UNDER LOCKSLEY OUR REAL BOWL GAME IS THE GAME AGAINST RUTGERS?

For this first time this season, I feel like this is a game that could go either way.

Maryland is definitely the more talented team, but as we've seen, this team at times has a propensity for making big mistakes at the most inopportune times.

Couple that with the fact this game is on the road, being played at 11 am CT and on a grass field (something they do not usually play on) and it would not be surprising to see them come out of the gates slowly. Northwestern's defense is also good against the pass, which could negate the Terps' offense some if they are unable to establish the run.

But at the end of the day, Northwestern's offense is one of the worst in all of FBS and the Terps defense is strong enough I think they should be able to create some takeaways that the offense can convert into easy points. They do that, and they are leaving Evanston bowl-eligible.

Terps win, but do not cover the spread.

I caught up with Northwestern publisher Louie Vaccher who talks about head coach David Braun, who will start at QB, what they need to do to pull off the upset and finally his prediction.

COLLEGE PARK, MD -- The Maryland Basketball Radio Show is set to make its 2023-24 season debut on Monday, Oct. 30 at 7 PM at Ledo Pizza in College Park. The show, hosted by legendary Voice of the Terps Johnny Holliday will have a new format this year featuring women's basketball head coach Brenda Frese and men's basketball head coach Kevin Willard headlining different shows throughout the season. The women's season will officially open on Nov. 6 against Harvard in the XFINITY Center, while the men will host Mount St. Mary's on Nov. 7.

The weekly radio show will broadcast all 14 episodes from Ledo Pizza this year. Each show will look ahead to upcoming games, break down those from the week prior, and feature current and former player guests. Several assistant coaches will also take turns hosting the show alongside Holliday to give fans insight into their personality and background.

All shows will occur on Monday nights at 7:00 p.m.with the exception of Tuesday, Nov. 14, and will air on 105.7 FM The Fan in Baltimore and The Team 980 in Washington, D.C. They will also be available live on the One Maryland App and on-demand through the Hear The Turtle Podcast.
