They will not release the NOA until a later date and have 90 days to respond. I assume they are bad and UNC will do everything possible to worm out of this one. Nothing less then harsh penalties would be accepted in my book for something going on for 20 years with over 3100 involve and at least 1500 athlete's. Talk about lack of institutional control.
