As expected, local four-star OT Ryan Howerton is a Terp! He probably helped his stock as much as any local this summer, earning OL MVP honors at both the Under Armour and Rivals camp stops. Huge, huge addition to the class, both figuratively and literally at a position where the Terps really needed to restock.
