Story on Wiggins being selected by OKC with the 55th overall pick in the draft. It is interesting, as he is now teammates once again with former Wake Forest wing Jaylen Hoard who played for Danny Manning. When Maryland was recruiting both, I always found them to be very similar players. They are good friends and will likely now be competing with one another for the same spot/playing time. I do think this is a decent landing spot for Wiggins if he can rise to the occasion. There is definitely playing time to be had in the backcourt, even if just as a backup or a 3&D specialist for now.
