Got a recent verbal from '13 mid Deborah Milani of Catonsville, MD, who was an all-county for Baltimore County as a sophomore. InsideLacrosse has already profiled her, saying she was "team MVP sophomore year, led team in goals, assists, caused turnovers, and draw controls." A good student who turned down Princeton and Hopkins for Maryland.
Other verbals to Maryland include prep juniors Lindsay Biondi of Ithica, NY who was a soph prep A-A in Brewster, NY before moving to Ithica, can go at attack or mid; Carolyn Jamison of Westminster, MD led her squad to the state 4A/3A semi-finals in 2010, is coming back from an ACL tear; and mid Zoe Stukenberg of Marriotts Ridge, MD, and UnderArmour A-A and Howard County POY. Stukenberg is another good student who turned down Harvard, Princeton, Georgetown, Duke, among others.
