Unique connection has Terps' in 2020 RB's Top 5

Owasso, Okla., RB. Isaiah Jacobs released a top five earlier this past weekend and Maryland made the cut. The Sooner State is not prime recruiting territory for the Terps, but Jacobs is the younger brother of recent first round draft pick Joshua Jacobs, who played for Mike Locksley at Alabama.
