Maryland has offered local sniper Noah Locke this afternoon. Locke is a kid I've written about quite a bit over the past year and I really like his game. He's one of the best three-point shooters in the class and has also proven he can create his own shot against some of the best competition on the EYBL circuit this spring. He's a good kid and comes from a good family. His dad helps coach Team Melo and used to be a college coach on the women's side.
