Besides his older teammate John Morgan, Cross might have been the most impressive defensive player at yesterday's Rivals camp in NJ. He already looks to have the body of a college LB but he is quick enough and has the anticipation of a DB. Watched him break up almost every pass that was thrown his way yesterday while covering WRs, RBs and TEs. Seems to project as a S/LB combo (a la Jabril Peppers) at the next level. The Terps join Purdue and Temple on his offer list. They're wise to get in early on this stud in the making.
