The Terps landed a commitment from Loyola Blakefield three-star OL Trevor Szymanski tonight. As I'm sure most here already know, he's the younger brother of current Terps freshman TE AJ Szymanski. At 6-foot-5, 270-pounds, he's another big body in the trenches as the Terps look to reload the OL room this offseason. Maryland is now up to nine offensive line commitments and Szymanski is the second since the start of the season, joining St. Mary's OT Davon Watkins.
This class is likely to have some major fireworks down the stretch, especially if they keep beating the teams they should and finish with 9 or 10 wins. But building depth in the trenches has been a top priority and they continue to add big bodies.
