Maryland has offered Trentyn Flowers, a 2024 five-star shooting guard and the No. 9 player in the class, this afternoon. Flowers has ties to the area, as he was born in Baltimore, but he has bounced around quite a bit over the years. He began his high school career in Georgia before beginning last school year at Huntington Prep in West Virginia. He then transferred mid year to Sierra Canyon out in California where he played on a loaded squad. He's now running with Team Durant on the EYBL circuit and is one of the top players in the class. Will obviously be an extremely tough pull, but the Terps have some connections.
