I guess she wanted to be closer to her home state - Idaho, after all. Although, don't really understand why she committed to Md. in the first place. This was a long way to go to play basketball. Wish her well, as long as we don't have to play against her somewhere along the line. I know for a fact that Brenda was (although she will deny it) a bit more than a little miffed. Staff and coaches spent an extraordinary amount of time and energy grooming her and she will benefit from that when she transfers to another school. She will have to sit out a year. Oh, well...a lot of transfers in women's bb this year. - Notre Dame, Tennessee, Ohio State, just to name a few.
