DeMatha WR Tino Ellis just posted that he wont be making his decision on July 31.

UPDATED: Saturday - July 18 - 11 PM

Ellis sent out another tweet on Saturday evening. He said that he spoke with his parents again and has now decided that he WILL go through with making a commitment on his original date, which is Friday, July 31.
