I caught up with Good Counsel DB Travon Stott last night. He's saying he wants to wait a little bit longer, but I could realistically see him committing any week now.
To be frank, there aren't really any other schools recruiting him right now. He's getting mail and stuff, but he's not really talking to anyone else. Now, I think that should pick up. Usually, when you get one offer, other schools start showing more interest, but it's not like he's talking to a bunch of other schools right now. It's basically just Maryland.
With spring practice about to start for the majority of schools in the region, I don't really see any other offers coming until the spring evaluation period in May or the summer camp circuit in June. I'd be very surprised if Stott waits that long. Personally, I think you can pencil him in.
