After decommitting from Arizona at the end of December, 4-star dual-threat quarterback Devon Modster's recruitment appears to be wide open with his latest offer coming from Maryland.
It was hard to get a read on whether Modster is favoring any particular school as of now but he did say his only planned official is to UCLA but the Terps have been in contact the most recently. Offensive coordinator Walt Bell is the lead man on this one and believes Modster could be a great fit for his spread offense.
Like I said, couldn't really tell which school or schools he likes the most, even with signing day quickly approaching. But Modster did say he wants to go to a school where he has a chance to compete for a starting job early.
