I confirmed with some contacts that he's definitely still a take for Maryland, which is what I expected. I've just been stressing that the staff is focused on their elite targets to finish off the offensive line, so I wanted to clarify that if any of you were wondering.
Elijah has kept things to himself. I know that my colleagues that cover Rutgers feel pretty confident that he's going to commit to Rutgers, but we'll see. I honestly don't have a real feeling for what he's thinking either way. Like I said, he's kept everything to himself, so I wouldn't be shocked at all if he chose Maryland or Rutgers.
