With Marshawn Lloyd and several other top RB targets currently off the board, the Maryland staff has had to spread out and offer some under-the-radar ball carriers as they are likely to take a pair of RB in this next cycle. One of those RB is Atlanta (Ga.) Hapeville's Marcus Carroll, who picked up his first P5 offer from Maryland on May 19. He had a solid junior season, rushing for over 1,100 yards and 19 TDs. As of now he's set to visit Coastal Carolina next month and he's working on a trip to Maryland.
