Anybody ever felt a pop in the upper calf just below and behind the knee that would make you feel like you’ve been shot? Tremendous pain followed in my whole lower leg up above the knee. It seems muscular but damn it hurts. I was pushing my car. I dove in it when I thought I’d been shot. Thoughts?
