It seems pretty clear that everyone is looking at the o-line as a complete rebuild with four new starters (that is per coaches and players). The anchor is obviously going to be DJ Glaze who will slide over as the full-time left tackle. But after that, it sounds like we could eventually see Bullock (NC Central xfer) at LG, Purcell (Elon xfer) at C, Moran (backup last season) at RG and Ayedze (Frostburg xfer) at RT as the starting o-line.
With that said, Aric Harris was lining up as the starting center during Day 1 of fall camp. Harris has had some good moments in his time at Maryland, but he's also had quite a few struggles, namely making calls at the LOS. They brought in Purcell in hopes that he can beat out Harris. As for Moran, my gut says he will open the season as the starter, but it would be beneficial for Maryland if someone steps up and really competes for that spot at right guard.
