Paul Tenario's article on Robinson was informative. I have a lot of respect for the kid and especially his mom Kim Robinson for putting academics above all else. The article is revealing as to the pressures on young people coming up in the sport now. The lure of the pros is a major factor for some of these kids. Glad to see there is a family with their feet on the ground.

I have had the pleasure of watching most of his games his first three years at MSJ, and I am eagerly awaiting his senior year. He is a joy to watch.

A couple of years age Jalen had the opportunity to go an train at Bradenton, but his mom sort of nixed that idea.

Maybe one of these days I will see you at an MIAA game.

Well.......

Between my full-time job, going to school, and working for TT, I never have enough time to cover preps. I wish it were either wise but that is the story. I used to get to the Maryland public school state championship games every year but not recently. Maybe someday. In the meantime I hope I see you at Maryland games this year.
