I still can't quite wrap my head around the fact that there's a big-time FBS championship game with Cotton Bowl implications being played a stones throw from my front door in a couple of hours. Hats off to Coach Ken who did a helluva job with that team this year.
Other crazy aspect of this game is that state public school playoffs were supposed to be played at NMCMS today but have now been pushed back until next week with everyone getting a bye. Moved from Ravens stadium over the summer after they switched back to natural grass at M&T.
