Here's how the gentlemen at ESPN and CBS Sports saw the top 20 seeds as of today.
ESPN
East - Virginia, Tennessee, Purdue, Nevada, Maryland
South - Duke, Michigan St., Texas Tech, Wiscy, Iowa St.
MW - Kentucky, UNC, Houston, Marquette, Va. Tech
West - Gonzaga, Michigan, Kansas, LSU, FSU
CBS
East - Virginia, Michigan, LSU, Kansas St., Wiscy
South - Duke, Tennessee, Marquette, Purdue, Va. Tech
MW - Kentucky, UNC, Houston Kansas, Maryland
West - Gonzaga, Michigan St., Texas Tech, FSU, Nevada

As someone who tries to keep up with this seeding stuff, I'd say getting 14 of the top 16 is not all that difficult, but the final two teams continuously shift. The good news for the Terps is that the fiasco at PSU didn't adversely affect them much in the above bracketology.

Which bracket above do you think is in Maryland's best interest?

By the way, the Selection Committee almost never puts two teams from the same conference on the same side of the bracket, so Va. Tech would likely not be the 5 seed where Duke is the 1 seed. Jerry Palm occasionally makes mistakes like that, but Joe Lunardi almost never does.
