Taking a look at all the various Bracketology sites today, the consensus seems to be that the Terps will be either a 7 or 8 seed. That said, where and who they play are all over the map. Here's a look at who various folks have them playing and where:

ESPN's Joe Lunardi:
East Region - Tulsa, OK
(7) Maryland vs. (10) Vanderbilt
If they were to win they would play the winner of (2) Baylor vs. (15) North Dakota

CBS's Jerry Palm:
East Region - Greenville, SC
(7) Maryland vs. (10) Providence
If they were to win they would play the winner of (2) UNC vs. (15) New Orleans

WaPo's Patrick Stevens:
East Region - Greenville, SC
(8) Maryland vs. (9) Dayton
If they were to win they would play the winner of (1) UNC vs. (16) Mount St. Mary's

USA TODAY's Shelby Mast
South Region - Indianapolis, IN
(7) Maryland vs. (10) Wichita St.
If they were to win they would play the winner of (2) Kentucky vs. (15) Northern Kentucky

NBC Sports' Dave Ommen
West Region - Salt Lake City, UT
(7) Maryland vs. (10) Wichita St.
It they were to win they would face the winner of (2) Arizona vs. (15) North Dakota

Obviously, all of these present a really difficult challenge of getting out of the opening weekend. I think of these predictions, Vandy->Baylor followed by Wichita St.->Kentucky are probably the Terps' best paths to the second weekend. Baylor honestly hasn't looked great down the stretch while Kentucky has had some struggles on the glass similar to Maryland.
