Spalding ATH Lavain Scruggs will be committing tomorrow at 4 pm. He will choose between the Terps and Navy and I've put in a FutureCast for Maryland. He visited with teammates Kellan Wyatt and Mansoor Delane back in early June. The Maryland staff liked what they saw of him on campus. As I previously mentioned, I also already put in a FutureCast for his Spalding teammate Mansoor Delane, who should be committing not long after Scruggs.
