I keep reading these posts that say this team has talent. I am hardly a judge of FB talent but I guess I just don't see where all this talent is on this team except for a few individuals. Despite the fact they won games in the BIG 10 last season, the last couple of years when the Terps have played teams other than the James Madisons, the other teams all seem to be bigger, faster and stronger than the Terps.
I guess I don't how if this is due to lack of talent or inability of this staff to develop the talent. Maybe a combination of the 2.
