Saw on Twitter that Georgetown grad transfer Akoy Agau had apparently visited Maryland and spoke with a few sources as well as reached out to Akoy himself.
From what I can gather, Agau has not visited Maryland at this time. Per Agau himself earlier today, he's taken four official visits: Washington St., Illinois, SMU and Old Dominion. As of earlier today, he was unsure if he would take a fifth official visit.
That said, another source tells me that they believe there is some mutual interest between both Akoy and the Terps and I know that he's very interested in getting an MBA. So worth monitoring, but I'm not sure this is a situation where a commitment to Maryland is imminent.
