Fox Soccer Channel: Robbie Rogers to Leeds United

Ex-Terp Rogers is headed to Leeds United in England's 2nd Division which is formally called the Championship league. He still has to secure a work permit, which is not a rubber stamp in England. But assuming it goes through, this is a great opportunity for him. He left the Columbus Crew on a free transfer after his contract ran out. Leeds United is currently in 8th place on the table which puts them just one spot away from the promotion/relegation playoff. If they can put together a run, then they get promoted in May and Robbie will be playing in the EPL next fall. Keeping my fingers crossed for him.
