Confirmed that FSU transfer Marcus Lewis, who played his high school ball locally at Gonzaga, is visiting Maryland today.
Lewis was a Rivals100 four-star DB entering FSU and started five games for the Noles last season before being benched. He missed the final five games of the year with a hip injury.
I know some here a couple of weeks ago were implying they thought he was maybe overrated or whatever, but anytime you can add this caliber of player to a young, inexperienced roster, I think you go for it.
He would have to sit a year and would have two years of eligibility remaining beginning with the 2018 season.
