Deonte Banks to skip bowl game, declare for draft

Deonte Banks has announced on insta this morning that he will skip the Terps' bowl game in order to begin preparing for the upcoming NFL Draft. Big, but expected loss to the Terps' secondary. Maryland will need to hit the portal hard for experienced corners.
