The Terps have just landed a commitment from Washington (D.C.) Ballou three-star ATH Lavonte Gater. A WR and safety in high school, the Terps like him as a defensive back. He was initially offered on Feb. 3 and was on campus yesterday for a visit. He's another DB with strong ties to AAR with some good looking film.
