The Terps have landed a commitment from 2019 QB David Summers.

The Terps were Summers' first P5 offer just under a month ago after Matt Canada went up to Connecticut to watch him throw. He has since added an offer from Pitt and had serious interest from Rutgers and Syracuse. More to come.
