Another football visitor today, again per Richie, was Ballou (D.C.) three-star ATH Lavonte Gater. He's been to Maryland several times recently after picking up an offer earlier this month. His first offer came from Rutgers back in Jan. As of this moment, Terps look to be in the drivers seat in this one. Will have more tomorrow.
