Forgive me if this has already been discussed, but I noticed that Alex Hall has a 3 star Rivals rating now. That's a recent upgrade correct? Was wondering if Ryan or anyone had any insight in the decision to upgrade his rating? Upgrading a recruit's rating after they commit is usually reserved for PSU (joke.....kind of).
I though it was interesting since he's the guy we are planning to grayshirt. At the same time, there are other recent commits who have 3 star ratings with other services, but remain 2 stars with Rivals.
