Obviously the weather could play a factor here this afternoon with the remnants of Ian still lingering in the area. But the Terps are going to need Lia to respond this week against a pass defense that has struggled of late and will need the defense to rebound and get back to playing stronger against the run against a run offense that has been flat out awful the past two weeks.
