Interesting to see he predicts Flowers D-lineman Herb Gray to Maryland. His recruitment has been extremely quiet of late.
I'll say this, I don't see both Willor and Harvey ending up at Penn State. And have heard as much from people pretty plugged in that it is unlikely to happen.
Harvey still seems to be all over the place, going back and forth between the Terps, PSU and now USC. I can safely say there are people in his camp that want him close to home, but really can't say where he is leaning as far as a final decision goes.
As for Willor, I still think Maryland getting him on campus Week 1 and his being back in Baltimore really favors the Terps. More at the link below.
