Helping these guys reach their dreams and play in the NFL/prepare them for the NFL. Jimbo also mentioned having the kids graduate and be great people/working hard. You can do both yet Randy only talks about "young men blah blah" and never about winning/being champions and striving to help develop the kids over the years to have a chance at the NFL. I just don't see how he would inspire anyone looking to be a winner at the FBS level!or bundling a program.
