How does this impact Dwayne Haskins. Ohio State took a 3-star QB once they determined they weren't getting Guarantano. Rutgers is probably going to go "balls to the wall" on Haskins now. There are few top-tier programs now that have not filled their QB slot for this recruiting class now. Who do your really think are the top-three finalists for Haskins if you had to guess. I think its Rutgers, UF, and Maryland based on all the commitment activity and depth chart situations.
