It's being reported that North Carolina three-star RB Robert Washington has decommited from Syracuse this afternoon. He's a guy that the Terps had shown interest in and was on Dwayne Haskins' list of players he was trying to recruit to Maryland. Haskins and Washington played together with USA Football.
