Robert Carter Jr. pays way to see Terps play in Chicago. To me this is going too far as far as rules goes. He is a team mate and should be treated as one. I guess the NCAA sees that he is not part of the team but allows for transfers to practice with team. It sounds like this is the first away game he has been able or been to seen. He should be able to travel with the team in my opinion. I just read below and realize this has been posted.
