I mean really! It was a lifetime ago when the Terps beat them in the Gator Bowl. The blame squarely falls on the shoulders of the UMD Administration. RE was a terrible choice to begin with and anyone worth an ounce of common sense could see that. The UMD is one of the bottom five D-1 programs in America. Really, I'll take the job for 25% of what he gets and do no worse; the guy is that bad. It was said that if the UMD hires RE then it would be 10 years before they would be relevant again...10 long years, and you would probably have to fire RE now for that to happen...We are the old "Duke" in football. Thank goodness for basketball and now finally baseball.....
