There was no need for any adjustments - just the normal groupings (e.g., 1,8,9, and 16) and in the usual regions:
East - Virginia, Gonzaga, Maryland, Oklahoma
South - Duke, Wisconsin, N. Iowa, Baylor
Midwest - Kentucky, Wichita St., Kansas, Louisville
West - Villanova, Arizona, Notre Dame, Utah
Utah might be moved to completely separate them from Arizona, but the other seeds would work. The regional games for the Midwest in this scenario would be fantastic.
