Pa. three-star QB Will Howard last week visited Maryland and then quickly turned around and took an official visit to Kansas St. the following day. It was his second time on campus at Maryland in less than a month for the Downingtown product, who has a number of ties to College Park. He has no other visits planned for the spring but would like to get back to Maryland. Terps in a very good spot here.
