Another new hoops offer out this morning to Ga. five-star PG Ashton Hagans. This one is interesting, as Ashton Hagans was initially committed to Ga. in the Class of 2019, but it's almost a done deal that Hagans is going reclassify back up to 2018, meaning he will play in college next season. Not sure how realistic of a chance the Terps have at this point, but this kid is a stud. Definitely one to monitor in the short term.
