ROSEMONT, Ill. - Maryland football's October 3 home date against Michigan is set for a primetime kickoff and will be carried live on the Big Ten Network, the conference announced Tuesday. The specific start time will be announced at a later date.

This will mark Michigan's first trip to College Park and the fifth overall meeting between the two schools. Last season Maryland defeated the Wolverines 23-16 at Michigan Stadium. The win was Maryland's fifth road victory of the season, which led the Big Ten in 2014.

Michigan enters the 2015 season under the direction of Jim Harbaugh, who is in his first season as the Wolverines' head coach. They return 20 starters from the 2014 team, which finished the season with a 5-7 record.

Times and television information for the remainder of the Terps' 2015 schedule will be announced at a later date.
