Terps land top local RB Iverson Howard

The Terps have landed a commitment from local three-star RB Iverson ‘Rocket’ Howard. He chose the Terps over finalists FSU and Michigan and a host of other big-time programs. With Howard as well as DeMatha two-sport star Bud Coombs, the Terps have a really solid pair of backs for the future.

This could be the start of a big week for the Terps who will host a number of important official visitors this week, including Rivals250 QB Malik Washington.

Howard will take his official visit to Maryland this month.
