Well, after a rough couple of games, the Terps have fallen out of the AP top 25. All three of Maryland's losses have come to teams currently ranked in the AP poll and they still hold a win over a ranked team in Illinois. But I am guessing the way they started the Tennessee game coupled with them just having a really off night versus UCLA are the reasons they dropped out altogether. Still, they are first in others receiving votes and win three of the next four and they are likely right back in the top 25.
I expect this break to be good for them as it allows them to rest up and work on some things heading into the meat of conference play.
