I know we are all dreaming of Damion Lee. And for sure he would be the cherry on the sundae
as far as making up our starting 5 for next year. But we are not alone in our pursuit of Mr Lee,
I am thinking when he does narrow his choices down it will be the Terps, Lousville, St Johns,
Arizona and DOOK. Dook worries me here. In an article I read on him....he said the key points for him
were playing the 2 guard, getting LOTS of minutes and getting a LOT of exposure. If Jones and Windslow leave Dook
they can offer him all 3 things. He said he wants to play 32-35 minutes a game. He wont do that here.
Here he would play maybe 28 minutes a game. Average 15 pts and 5 RPG. Be the 2nd or 3rd scoring option.
I dont know. Depends on what he wants I guess. I do know that with him we will be a preseason top 5
and a #1 seed going into the season. Expectaions will be SKYHIGH like when Steve Francis came in.
Midnight madness will be a tough ticket and will most games that matter. Come on Turge.....pull out all
the stops. Lets get this done. We have LOTS of experience getting commitments from transfers...
Wells, Smotrycz, Carter Jr. But this one could put us over the top! Are we looking at ANYONE else for
next year? Havent head any other names mentioned since Stone committed. Did hear we were still looking
at the SF down in Texas that we were on some time ago (Murphy) then cooled. I liked his game on tape.
