these are two of our best recruiters and the kids seem to generally have a good connection with these coaches but they haven't been able to develop much of their players on the field. They seem like great people but should they be retained because the product hasn't been there? I'm wondering if they are the issue or they are casualties of the whole program sucking?
im sure I'm in the minority on locks, and I know he is our best shot at 4-5 star talent but the kids that he has brought in have not lived up to their rankings, Ralph developed 2-3 stars better than locks has developed 4-5s. Our offense has been piss poor since Danny's freshman year, what's the point in getting big name recruits if they can't be maximized?
