I take no delight whatsoever in this prediction. In theory Rutgers should be at the bottom of the garbage can right now with the Terps at the top of that same can. But I have seen nothing after the last two games that would indicate the Terps will win this away game. Can they, yes, will they. probably not. Between poor QB play and poor OL play this game is a toss-up IMHO but I will still put a score on it anyways. I hope I'm wrong and the Terps blow them out but gosh I sure wouldn't bet on this game. Maybe the over/under on the attendance should be 20K and I'll take the under. PS, this is a game that the Terps can use to get back on the tracks but will they?
