Over the past week, former four-star tight end Chris Clark announced that he'll be leaving UCLA. Clark was a Class of 2015 prospect, so he just enrolled at UCLA this past summer.
I spoke with Chris a few nights ago and he confirmed that Maryland is a school he's considering.
"Yes, I am considering Maryland. I want to keep most of this to myself and my family, but Maryland is one of the schools I'm considering."
As you can see from his quote, he's not really putting a whole lot of info out there, so that's the main reason I was trying to speak with contacts first. I still need to figure out a timeline and what other schools are in play.
As soon as I'm able to do that, I'll post a full update on Clark. I just wanted to acknowledge that I'm aware of it. I hope to speak with contacts at Maryland in the next few days. It's not a guarantee that they tell me all the specifics either, but I will reach out.
