Pat caught up with four-star wing Mario Kegler's mentor, Omhar Carter, yesterday to talk about his upcoming visits and he had a lot of positive things to say about Maryland.
As we've been saying, while most of the talk is about Arizona St. and Mississippi St., Maryland is quietly very much in contention for Kegler's services. I think the three schools I just mentioned, along with Indiana are the schools to keep an eye on here. But folks in the know continue to tell me that Maryland is a major player here and Carter's quotes seem to back that up. Having him on campus for Maryland Madness is huge.
